Santa Clarita Cowboy Festival
- see all dates
Saddle up for a good time at this annual Cowboy Festival. Santa Clarita’s rich Western heritage takes center stage each year at the Cowboy Festival, which features a multi-day lineup of music, food (including cowboy cobbler!), entertainment, and activities for Western enthusiasts of all ages.
The event is held in historic Old Town Newhall, which was once a stagecoach stop along the Pony Express.
Attendees can listen to a unique blend of cowboy, country, folk and bluegrass music across three stages and entertainment that includes western swing and country line dancing, trick ropers, living history, and activities for all ages
The main festival is held at William S. Hart Park on Saturday and Sunday. General admission is free, some performances and tours require ticket purchase.
